Tampa Shopping Malls:
Centro Ybor
This lively mall area is packed with shopping, dining and entertainment options.
It has an eclectic mix of boutiques such as Ocean Drive Fashions (Prada, Versace,
Dolce & Gabbana) and Birkenstock. Twenty theaters and The Improv comedy
club offer plenty of other distractions, and local bands regularly perform in
the center of the plaza. Valet parking.
Channelside
This relatively new retail-entertainment complex is still opening stores on
a regular basis. Enjoy a concert at the St. Pete Times Forum, dine in one of
Channelside's many restaurants, stop by a dance club, shop in one of the many
boutiques and specialty stores, take a catamaran cruise or simply stroll the
waterfront. There's also a nine-screen cinema that includes an IMAX 3-D theater
and an auditorium devoted to art films.
International Plaza
This upscale mall features more than 200 shops and dining areas, half of which
are new to the city, such as Neiman Marcus and Lord & Taylor. Conveniently
located for travelers, it's adjacent to the Tampa International Airport and
has a variety of outdoor shops and restaurants.
Old Hyde Park Village
Serious shoppers will want to browse through the quality shops, art galleries
and restaurants at this center. It's in one of Tampa's oldest and most stately
neighborhoods, with tree-lined streets, outdoor shopping and dining close to
the bay.
Westfield Shopping Town Center
This mall has a "Main Street, U.S.A." theme and houses familiar retail
options such as Abercrombie and Fitch, Gap and Sears. It also has a 20-screen
movie theater, a food court and several restaurants.
